How do I get my lazy mom to exercise?
She's 69, 2 and a half years removed from breast cancer treatments, and hardly ever exercises. She needs motivation, but I don't know how to motivate her.
I'm her lone caregiver and the sooner she exercises and gets back on her feet, the sooner me and my mom can have our lives back.

I'm curious about that and I never found an exact number/percentage of caregivers who end up taking their own lives.

I have hidden hearing loss so bad that it affects my music skills, even though my audio gram says “normal”. Regardless, if neuralink works, will it pass the auditory nerve altogether and stimulate my brain?

Men's Health6 days agoWhat are your experiences with anti-depressants? Is it worth it?
I was suggested Anti-depressants, and to be honest, they scare me. I love to write music and stories, play my guitar and ukulele. And I always had this fear that if I took them, my creativity or motivation will diminish. I heard some people say that it makes them feel sluggish, but I'm not sure if that pertains to all the different kinds.
I'm not suicidal, I just have bad depression episodes where everything seems hopeless. Is it worth it? Any body have any experiences with it?

Women's Health6 days agoWhy is all the efforts of doctors around the world and the WHO going towards vaccines for COVID-19 instead of cure?
I am not saying that the vaccine is bad, I wonder why the medical lobby does not work in two ways, developing new, more effective and safe vaccines and drugs for those who, for various reasons, cannot or simply do not want vaccines, but all efforts are towards intimidation and harassment people who just don't want to be made happy by force :-)

1 AnswerMental Health6 days agoWhy does it hurt when guys get hit in the crotch, but they beat and slap their penis&balls?
When watching porn, countless of times I've seen guys swing their penis against their shower door, punch/squeeze their balls as they stroke themselves, and what not and I just thought....wouldn't that hurt? It brings them pleasure obviously but any time I've accidentally hit a guy in the balls, they can't get up for several minutes. What's the difference? Why does one bring pain and the other bring pleasure?
