I need help, more than I’m being offered, I will become unwell while telling police about my abuse, what do I do?
My friend has been offered hospital admission after being put on section 136, yet when I was put on section 136 I was told I am to see my community mental health team still and my care co ordinator and that’s it, no offer of any help or any hospital admission yet I’m struggling. Everyone I know is offered hospital, crisis house and therapy, I don’t get anything.

Ladies would you opt out of a beach vacation if it was scheduled on your period?
I’m feeling bummed out because me and 4 other ladies have a quick little trip to the beach planned except of course it falls on literally all of my period days, which my periods are kind of rough cramp wise and such. I’m still paying all my fees for the hotel and such since it was split between us but I don’t know if I should force myself to go and try to have fun or just not go but I feel bad even though I’d be paying all my prices. how do i convince my mom to let me get birth control?
so i’m 14 and my period is horrible. it’s debilitating and heavy. i asked my mom for the pill and she always just says “it messes your body up” and tons of religious ****. i need her to understand that i’m over my periods and i’m at the age where i start to do things with guys. the guys i’ve done things with refuse to wear condoms. lord forbid she figure out i’m sexually active but i don’t want to get pregnant OR have such intense periods. is there any other things i can use to convince her to let me have it? idk which is better, the pill or the implant, either.

Hi I’m 20 , in college and work a part time job. I smoked for the first Time 5 days ago , and the feeling was awful , I was dizzy , nauseous, felt like I was going to pass out while at the same time My heart is pumping so fast , it was the worst feeling in the world , I thought the effects were going to wear off after a day but ever since then , off and on I’ve been getting the same feelings but worse , it happens out of know where while I’m completely sober, I’m thinking it may had something to with my pre-diabetes so I call 911 , they give my discharge papers and tell me that there is nothing wrong with me. In my mind I’m doubting it. At this point idk what to do and I hate feeling like this, My blood pressure would sky rocket as well as my heart rate , my heart is pounding like it’s about to just escape from my chest. I would get a temporary paralysis for like a quick second and a half. I just don’t feel good. Is there anything I can do to stop this feeling.

I have a hard round lump in the middle of my armpit deep down,it's a lymph node clearly. The area hurts and just started hurting 1 day ago. I had my covid shot in that same arm a WEEK,almost 2wks ago. I'm really worried. It's hard and very very slightly moves but not much. Is this cancer!? I'm really worried. I don't know if it was there before my shot. If it was from the shot why is it here this long later? It's about nickel sized. It almost feels like there's two. It's hard to feel unless I hunt for it. I'm in my 20s and a girl. There's like 3 there swollen it feels like. They feel like they move around when i touch them and they're hard. It is sore to touch suddenly.

Is 145 at 5’6 fat?
I used to weigh 115 to 110. But I was put on a mood stabilizer that made me gain a lot of weight. I feel less confident. I don’t like to show my body. It makes me insecure and frustrated. I have lost 15 pounds over I’d say 4 months . Which isn’t a lot given the time. I’m eating vegetarian food, no junk food, no cheese, no sugar. And it’s not working as fast as I’d like. I have went from 140 to 110 before a few years ago and I lost weight much faster .. I don’t know what the problem is. Any advise or tips?
