Has anyone had a shower in a communal shower before?

This may have been in a football or rugby shower with others? How did it feel? What did you wear?

What sports do you play or used to play ?

    Favourite answer:

There were dozens as a kid. From college on, there were fewer: badminton, volleyball, football (American), basketball (never very good), softball (ditto), weight-lifting, bowling. As a grad student, I picked up fencing and eventually turned pro. That's no big deal; most people considered professional under AFLA rules have never even held a foil. Anyone who ever got paid in connection with any sport is considered a professional fencer, even if it was just being an umpire at a Little League game.

There are also the sometimes-solitary sports, such as hiking, fishing, and hunting.

Why do professional rugby players wear tape around their head?

Wouldn’t the tape fall off? Aren’t they better off wearing a scrum cap?

Are pre match war dances fair.?

    Favourite answer:

I'm a massive All Blacks fan and have been for more than 30 years and I don't like the Haka.  I don't want to ban it but I don't want it to be a featured part of the spectacle (which it always is).  They should do their warm-ups in private and they can warm up however they like.  They should be doing it in the locker room if they choose to do it at all.  It gets WAY TOO much attention as far as I'm concerned.  People like dance and cultural rituals way too much as far as I'm concerned. I'm not necessarily into banning that but they can do that in private.  I'm interested in the rugby part.  Yes, it's an unfair advantage (and one that they don't need).

Does rugby have any popularity in the United States?

    Favourite answer:

Limited, mostly in your larger US cities and near large universities (the problem is that with the "big four" team sports, plus soccer, plus individual sports you're looking at a crowded landscape). It's "slightly" bigger here in Canada but still falls pretty low in terms of coverage. There is a North American rugby union comp (Major League Rugby) that has operated for two years and is expanding next year into DC, Atlanta and Boston (they have a team in Toronto that has a smallish footprint), and the Rugby World Cup that starts in September will get coverage (according to World Rugby's website, NBC/Universal has the US broadcast rights, but with time changes being what they are, if you want to watch most of the games will be late night/early morning).

If you weren't aware, Mark Bingham was a gay man who played rugby and is considered one of the individuals who was on United flight 93 on September 11th. Every year the Bingham Cup is contested among gay rugby clubs (some exist in North America). Gareth Thomas (from Wales) was one of the first male team sports athletes to come out during his career (he's captained Wales prior to coming out).

Here in Toronto Muddy York RFC is "open to all" and has a long history of being open to GLBTQ+ players. From what I can gather (they formed after I was done playing) they're doing a decent job recruiting university grads and recent immigrants who've played the game.

Air conditioning: My wife and are are having a disagreement about it. Will you help settle it (please real whole question)?

    Favourite answer:

as for the AC lower does not cool faster..

as for who is right,,, has nothing to do with AC units -- you have to choose the point you fight..

If you want you can install a hidden thermostat and have the one she uses as dummy unit

BUT do not comment on this anymore to her

is this the hill you want to die on? women are wrong on such things 80% of the time YET 89% of the time men need to say nothing

so the 100% when it matters you have more validity

BUT if it makes you feel better my wife is very educated and had a genus of a dad on mechanical things she help him as kid -- and she thinks as your wife; it cools/heats faster at extreme setting

they do not know it as a goal -not a speed

we can quietly know we are right ,, there is no reason to say it out loud and create fights

    ---------------

I will add - turning the AC off is a mistake

turning it up but not off ... the recovery from extreme heat/cold is more costly than adjustment to comfort

    common mistake

best to set it at the chosen temp and leave it to end this problem both with her and the recovery

Do you watch the rugby.... I didn't realise it was so rough?

Honestly didn't.. I just thought it was like football but instead of feet it was hands and they throw each other about and that's normal for the game...

    Allpenis big?

All of my team's rugby players have all more than 8.5" down there, yes, they get hard in shower so ive seen them.

How is it possible there is not at least one smaller than 7" (my size) Im seriously very embarrassed for being the man with the smallest penis in the team.

If the average size is on 5.5",isnt it supposed that in my team there should be at least one guy with 5.5",6",6.5"...?

But its so mean that all of them are close and bigger than 9"

What should i do about a coworker who wont stop harrasing me?

    Favourite answer:

You report it to HR. Someone who has an active lawsuit against the company should not be actively coming onto company property and provoking problems. Report her every time she enters the property.

Basically, she should be banned from the property until the lawsuit outcome has been determined.

Why is Rugby Union considered a posh sport?

    Favourite answer:

Well the origin of rugby is Rugby Union. At some point, northern teams broke away in dispute over the payment of players. And was initially the same game as Rugby Union. But Rugby League evolved into a slightly different game with the aim of making it more interesting for spectators.

So what would you say? I'd say it's that old north/south divide at work again, with Rugby Union teams feeling a bit of a sense of superiority. Which is actually nonsense.
