So I was given a rx for Clomid a few weeks before I found out we were pg. So, now after we lost the baby due to a blighted ovum at nearly 12 weeks along, we are just starting our first cycle-the cycle they said we could start trying again!

I am seeing a different Dr. from the one that perscribed me the Clomid, and I am a little nervous about asking him about taking it but I feel that I should make sure he is ok with it before I do. Partially because I am not sure what day to count as day one of my cycle. I started Saturday around 6pm, so I am thinking I should count Sunday as day one? Is that right?

Has anyone else had experience taking Clomid right after a Miscarriage? This was my 2nd one, after 2yrs of trying- I can't bear the thought of trying for another entire year and having it happen again. I am hoping the Clomid will help me to have a healthier egg and make for a lasting pregnancy!

Ugh, I am so confused!

My son has a friend who he would like to have come over to our house and play. I don't really have any problem with this friend coming over to our house to play, but I don't know what to tell him, his friend or his parents when I say no to him going over to their house.

This friends parents are, lets say not as observant as I would like. The parents are not home when the school bus comes in the afternoon, which means the kids have to go back to the bus garage and wait for someone. The kids play way too close to the road (which is a very busy road), and I have heard that pot is used and left out around their kids, and other peoples children.

It is not an environment that I am comfortable with my son or any child being in.

How do I explain to the kids and the parents that I don't want my son at their house? I feel bad for the kids, it's not their fault.

I don't think I got enough pee on my test stick this morning! The monitor is reading a test error! Can I try to re-take another test? I was so hoping to be one of their first month success stories and I think I totally just ruined that idea!

We are looking for reputable, reliable breeders of Great Danes in or around the upstate NY area. We are most concerned with health and temperment. If anyone has any experience with any in this general area, please fill us in!

I placed an order with Motorola for a krzr on Sunday evening. I paid for expedited shipping and when I called this evening- I was told it was still in processing and may ship out tomorrow! They suggested they could upgrade me to expedited shipping and I told them I had already paid for it, and didn't seem to be getting it! Should I be mad? Nowhere on the site does it say that it may take over 48hrs to process the order, and they sure did take my money right away. I thought I was doing the right thing ordering right from motorola.com, instead of ebaying it! What should I do? I need this phone, mine is broken!

I will be four weeks late this tuesday (last period was July 28) and I have taken 2 tests and both said negative! Ugh!

I called the doctors and they scheduled me to come in this Wednesday. Could I still be pregnant and not have it show up on a home pregnancy test? With my first son, the hpt worked just fine.

If I am not pregnant, what would cause me to not have my period for nearly 2 months in a row?

Btw, my hubby and I are ttc.

My hubby and I are confused, my last period was July 28, and nada since. I took a hpt last week and it was negative. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this. When we were preggers with my son, a hpt test showed it, I have never had this happen.

We don't want to get too excited thinking that maybe we could be having a baby, but it is hard not to! Please help!

I currently use Tide with Downy, and Tide with water lily. I love the way they smell, but it seems to fade sooo fast! I want to know what your favorite long lasting good smelling good cleaning laundry detergent is. I don't seem to get much of a lasting smell from the fabric softener either.

One of my best friends from high school has just lost her husband very suddenly and unexpectedly. I don't know what to do to help her. I keep telling her that I am here for her, and to let me know what she needs. But it is making me feel like I am annoying her. I can always find something to say to her, but now when she needs it the most I can't find the right thing to say to her. Please help!

I love non-fiction books, but I am looking for some recommendations. I would like not just a title though, give me a bit of info on the book, and what you liked about it.

I have already read and loved The Diary of Anne Frank, A Boy Called It, A Deadly Game, A Gift For Sala and The Glass Castle. (to name a few!)

I am looking for a really good one, that I can't put down. Nothing scary though!

We have a 3 year old Great Dane. She loves my hubby, my mother and myself. She tolerates our 6 year old son. She HATES strangers. She has tried to bite several people. She bit my brother (enough to break the skin, but not bad enough for stitches), she bit my mother-in-law (enough to need stitches) and my son on several occasions.

She bit him the first time when he ran into his room and she was eating his snack. We stacked it up to scaring her when she was eating. Another time, she was sleeping on the floor and he fell off the couch onto her and she got him then. Today, she was sleeping on the couch, and he waked by her and apparently startled her, because she bit him again! I don't know what to do! My hubby is out of town and unable to call. He will be devastated if he comes home and finds out that we put his dog to sleep. On the other hand, I don't feel like I can take the chance anymore. Do I have any other options? There are no training people in our area to bring her to. Help!

We have a 13" Beagle, she is a rescue. Anyways, she is in heat and I swear I have never seen such a horny little dog!

She is constantly humping our Great Dane! Yes, I will admit it is quite comical to watch this little dog humping our huge dogs leg, neck, or whatever she can get herself onto. Unfortunately our Great Dane is getting quite tired of it, the poor Dane can't lay down or stand still for longer than 30 seconds before our horny little Beagle is mounting her. She has been in heat for like 3 weeks now, I am thinking that it has got to stop soon!?

So what can I do to get her to stop?! I've tried spraying her with water and that doesn't stop her. I am actually concerned that eventually our Dane is going to hurt the horny little thing. I've tried keeping them in separate rooms, but the beagle is ruining my doors trying to get into see the Dane!

Any help here would be appreciated.

Btw, I am not worried about her getting pregnant, because our Great Dane is also a girl! Silly Beagle

My hubby is out of town all week with work, and I recently decided to become a stay at home mom. So, for the first time in a long time I have time to sit down and read! I am really excited about it, because it has been soo long since I have gotten to read a book.

I loved The Diary of Anne Frank and the Ryan White Story, so I love storys that are along those lines, ie- true storys and diarys and such.

I don't want a thriller or anything with a lot of sex involved, like I said my hubby is gone a lot! I also am not really into sci-fi things. I really like to be able to believe the story I am reading and be able to feel what the character is feeling almost like I could be them.

Also, if you could tell me a bit about what the book is about instead of just the title and author I would greatly appreciate it!

My belly feels funny, almost "tingly"! It is weird. I had my last period about 4 weeks ago, if you want to call it that. I had light spotting after my hubby and I had sex, and it only lasted about 2 days. Very unusual for me since I went off the pill, I usually have a very heavy period and it lasts at least 5 days normally 7.

Does my belly feel different because I didn't have a normal period?

Btw, it does not hurt or anything- it just feels kinda like something is tickling me inside! I do not think I am preggo- I already have a son and I don't have any of the symptoms, just feels funny. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen to them?!

OK, I went into my yahoo email options, and I added a few key words to my block list, ie, singles, mate etc. For some reason it seems like since I have done this there are even more than before! I even moved them into my inbox so I could mark them as spam, but they only send me more emails from a different domain! Ugh! I hate it! How do I make them stop for good?! I marked that I wanted any emails containing the words singles or mate sent to the trash, so why are they still in my bulk folder?!!!

A few years ago I went through heck and back with an ex who showed up at my home in the middle of the night trying to break in numerous times. My hubby is out of town, and last week a crazy drunk man showed up at my house and was groping me. He made comments to my son about how he's been watching his mommy through the windows at night and other creepy things along those lines. Long story short, I ended up having to call 911 by the end of the night. He is in jail for another week or two, but I still feel sooo uneasy and nervous with my hubby gone!!!!!!! I end up not going to bed until 5am and get up at 8. By the end of the week I am completely exhausted! What can I do to feel safe again? I really hate the dark!

My mom's petunia's are very leggy. Mine look really good and she wants me to make hers look more like mine. Through doing some research I read that you should "pinch the ends" in order to make the limbs branch out to the sides. Only problem is that they never tell you how to "pinch the ends". What does this mean, and how do you do it??

Plus if you have any other tips on making petunias grow I'd love to hear them!

My husbands work uniform requires that it has creases starched into it before each use. The laundry detergent we are currently using is leaving his uniform too soft- even the starch is not helping much. I obviously don't use fabric softener. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

We just bought a brand new Chevy HD, and want to put the best spray on liner there is in it. I personally think I like the Rhino liner better, but we are looking for other opinons. We want it to look good, and be extremely durable. Our truck is white, so we would be going regular black, color is not really a worry. Thanks!

We have a 5yr old rescued Beagle who seems to make it out of every collar and harness we have tried! Keeping her inside a fence is almost as impossible too- she is small and can dig holes very fast and squeeze under the fence- even under the huge flat stones we surrounded it with!

I was wondering if this system would be effective at containing our beagle. She is a 10" beagle, who is slightly chubby at 30 lbs. I just love her sooo much, and can't take the stress of her getting loose again! She always runs straight to the road and I am worried she will get hit by a car. And as much as I would love to, it is not always possible to be outside with her as much as she likes to be outside. Plus, she get out of collars, harnesses and fences with me standing right there! She is quick!

Please Don't think I am evil for wanting to "shock" my dog! I don't want to shock her, but I don't want her to be killed by a car!
