I am currently in the process of trying to find the right web broker for trading in OTC stocks from Canada. it seems like no one has any real platform that wouldn't be stripping my pockets dry.

I was looking into National Bank Direct Brokerage, however I am finding interest on cash accounts at 4.75%, 29$ minimum commission and 1.5% of shares 2$ or less, adding all that together, I am wondering how I am suppose to cut a profit without somehow getting lucky with a 500% increase in my stock. Not to mention what ever profit I get already gets taxed by the time I claim it.

Am I missing something or is this how the game is structured.

Do you think Company's like MEDBOX Inc. and HEMP Inc. will begin to take off this year?
