2004 Hyundai sonata rear strut camber adjustment?
My wife has a 2004 hyundai sonata tat was in a light T-bone on the rear wheel several years ago. I replaced the lower control arm ball joint and bushing assembly on both sides. The side that was hit required me to cut the bushing bolt out because it was bent in the bushing. The rear tire on that side is visibly off camber and it will continue to eat the tire on the inside. When I look at the diagram for the rear suspention, I see what looks like a camber adjustment bolt in the diagram and I want to know if this is the camber adjustment. The car was repaired at a shop before I met my current wife and there is no body mounting issue and the strut was replaced. I'm no body mechanic but there must be a camber adjustment for the rear strut assembly, but I can't find squat on my web searches. Any input on this would be great so I can at least break the rusted bolt parts loose before I take it in for an alignment. I replaced both rear lower control arm ball joint and bushing assemblies, along with a rear sway bar control link on the accident side due to getting it back on the road for my step daughter. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs5 years agoWhy is YA filtering my pages so I can't see Q's until they are 2-3 days old?
It seems the YA quakberts are filtering the Q&A in favor of those that play into the YA guruville. That's a gem of an idea, only letting those who advertise to get post's in. This liberal world has really killed this site, it's no wonder yahoo has gone into the dumpster and laid off most of their staff. Good luck YA, this place has turned into a scrap heap!

I'll bet they are just as inept as a doctor that can't change a flat tire with the yellow and black instruction sheet in front of them to read.

Those other 50 year old guys like me need spectacles up close too! But back to the far sighted thing that makes pilots good at what they do. Is there a difference between being near and far sighted for pilots?
