    I live in California and I got my license 2 months ago, on the back of my license it says that I cannot give people under 20 a ride for the first year of my license. After one year can I give my friend, who's 16, a ride?

  • Computer Won't Turn On?

    I have an T3624 Emachine, about a month ago the power supply suddenly went out. I bought a new one, its compatible, and installed it in my computer. The green light on the motherboard comes on, which means its getting power, but when I hit the power button it doesn't turn on. Any ideas? I think it might be the motherboard.

  • My car won't pass smog

    I have a 87' Ford Escort Gl With C.F.I and at an idle it failed the emissions test. It was 20 over the limit (Hydrocarbons) and I have put new sparkplugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, vacumn hoses, catalyitic converter, ran blockseal through it incase there was a head gasket leak and ran engine cleaner through it. At 2500 rpm the hydrocarbons were at 19. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
