Help with losing weight and gaining muscle?
I am 5'4 and I currently weight 131lbs
I want to get down between 123-125lbs
I use two different machines, one that works by biceps and triceps, and the other works by quads and hamstrains, and I use the bouchy ball to work my abs. I always do a cardio workout for 30mins too.
I work out between 4-5 days a week for 1 hour
Do you think this is enough to help me lose weight and get toned?
Also, how many calories should I be taking in to get down to my new goal?
