Thank you, God my Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, for each day's run! Runs road races and triathlons with my daughters. Hit the double-nickle! In training for a fast half marathon by 12 October 2008. 2008 half-marathons along the way: Nashville April: 1:45:52 Great Western Trail: 4 May: 1:42:26 Rockford 18 May: 1:39:42 Rockford 8 June: ? part of Rockman 1/2 Ironman Kenosha 12 July: 1:44:58 (35 for 1st 7 miles) Chicago Distance Classic 10 August: 1:44:31 (6 running workouts in past 3 weeks - new project, AARGH!!) No races til the Chicago. Have speed, will develop endurance at that speed. Goal: 1:30 first half. 2008 Chicago Marathon 12 October 08: Enjoys outdoors - backpacking, camping, fishing, fly-fishing. Family man, still raising my four children. I trust God is, He is for me, and He loves me. I trust that God does work all things for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 12:8).
