So the other night I looked through my fiancee's phone. I know I shouldn't have but I have trust issues which i've told him about. ne way My fiancee and I have been dating almost two and a half years we moved in together after about a year. When we first starting dating he smoked weed which he lied and said he did it occasionally which I was alright with, but when we moved in it was occasionally everynight! I told him I did not approve of that and he promised me he would quit one night icame home and there he was doing it. I broke up with him and moved out. So he promised me NO MORE! I took him back thinking he wasn't lying we do not live together right now because of his actions earlier, while looking through his phone last night, one conversation looks like he is in persuit for some. My question is what do I do... He told me I could do random drug tests on him... should I go ahead and do one now... confront him on his phone conversation or anything other ideas. my friend told me to ask him to see if he tells me the truth but it doesn't matter if he does come out and tell me because he promised me no more! please help... Hi I moved out of my apartment may 10th 2009. My lease was up the 17th of may. I did pay last months rent (the full months amount even though the lease was up the 17th) I turned in my key. etc etc. It is now almost the end of july and I haven't heard anything. I called about 2 weeks ago. The landlord said it would be mailed out next week. I called again today. The secretary said the check are sitting in the office they just need to be signed. (I know I am being jerk around) what are my legal rights now? I am in Macomb IL (McDonough County) Thanks!!
