The tenant replaced the window blinds with drapes after several years and now is moving out of property. What do I charge the tenant against his security deposit to repair the window blinds that are several years old?

The carpet was two year old when the tenant moved in, but now it's seven years old and has some stains and tears that need to be addressed. This engine is a about a 1980 mercury outboard that now after several years of not been used, doesn't start. I tested the spark, and found that it doesn't always show spark. I wonder if it's the tilt switch, or something else. This engine doesn't have points but instead has a stator rotor setup. I'm not sure how this works. Is it like a magneto even though it was two coils.

The military bought several of these planes that were developed for the middle east conflict., and now have been retired. Why haven't they built these, or similar flying wing airplanes, for the airlines? A flying wing can carry a lot more people than our current airplanes of the same size, and now they are easier to fly with the aid of the computer.
