The nurse said it was too early to hear or see anything, I am trying not to worry but I cant help keep thinking about it!

Everyone in my family has had the stomach flu. I had it terrible so now I noticed that my beagle was sleeping alot today had a little diarreha and now she is vomitimg her nose is dry and hot too so is it possible that she got the virus from us? If so is there anyting that I can give her to make her feel better?

For the past few months my dog wakes me up every night at 2:30 to go out side I let her out befor we go to bed but its not working! I find myself really tired how can I get her to sleep threw the night without waking me up?
