I usually get cold very often, like every season I probably get a cold, but every time I get a cold I also see round floaters in my eyes. Like this https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b... but they are round. Why is it happening?

So, i study with Microsoft teams and i have my school Microsoft account. I didn't realize i was binging "funny clismas" with my school account until i saw the email address at the top. Can the government view my search history? I have changed my password already
