fitness help?
I got injured so I cant run anymore but I don't want to lose fitness so I was wondering if there were any alternative exercises to running that would have a similar effect to my fitness. Its for full body workout thanks:)

5 times a week I do this:
50 runs(about 7.14m)
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 staircase runs
25 runs
20 sit ups
10 push ups
20 sprints(same distance)
5 staircase runs
25 runs
4 pullups
50 runs
5 pushups
I do this 3 times in a workout, so far I've done it about 50 times. Give me your opinion and tell me if I should add anything in.
