  • How much per hour do the operators of the largest excavators in the world make?

We are having a debate here at our shop, and I wont tell anyone how much money we think that may be, but to verify and to settle a gentleman's bet we DO need viable web-links to verify.

The Bagger 288 and Silver Spade are two that we have been debating, but we can't find anything about rates of pay. It can be a dragline or bucket wheel excavator, but any extreme machine rates would be helpful.

  • Should I stick with Paradigm Medical Industries (NASDAQ OTC : PDMI)?

I got into this company at $.0031 I watched as it climed past $.006 then slowly made it's way back to the mid .003s. I certainly haven't lost money, nor do I expect the stock to dive, so, what's next?

The financials look good, but there are very few indications that their products are going to skyrocket.

Where should I place my limits to realize the best gain, and minimize potential losses (non-gains) due to price increases beyond my sell point?

Does anyone have any information about where Paradigm is headed?

  • How can the Nobel Comittee choose someone that had yet to do ANYthing promoting peace?

Obama has talked a good game . . . . or B.S.ed a good game. Now the Nobel Prize comittee has chosen him???? For what?????

Please tell me that what I have heard is a cruel hoax and that someone that at least has some history of promoting peace beyond talking about it has won. . . . . .

What is this world coming to?

The U.S. remains at war in Iraq and Afghanistan, even though he got elected on the LIE that the troops would be withdrawn. The U.S. Congress has YET to pass ANY law reducing carbon emissions even though he was elected on the LIE that there would be emissions laws that rivaled California's. And there has been NO significant reduction in global nuclear stockpiles since Obama took office. What gives?

  • Why is there such a double standard with human rights and the US involvement?

Why is it that the same people (usually one specific political party to go un-named) that say that the United States should not be a police state and that we should get out of foreign lands that we have no "business" being in, seem to be the same people that say we should push our moral standards on in those same (or other) countries. Don't get me wrong - the human rights atrocities that occur in this world are reprehesible. I just don't "get" the double standard that says it is our "duty" to oversee some things and not others.

  • Are Santa's reindeer boys or girls? ?

We know that Rudolph is a boy ".....all of the other reindeer used to laugh and call HIM names, they never......"

But what about Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen?

All answers considered - try to mix some humor with some fact for the 10 points though!

  • So now that fuel is back to a reasonable level have you checked your bills for fuel surcharges?

With fuel costs returning to somewhat pre-flare up levels, we should all be seeing the fuel surcharges disappearing from our bills and invoices.

Funny thing of it is I haven't seen those disappear. Hmmmm - maybe the delivery and trucking companies need a wake up call. Or did they get used to the extra revenue? I think that we will all need a fuel surcharge bail-out. Start signing up now.

  • How can someone study constitutional law and come out so ignorant of the purpose of the Constitution? ?

Barack Obama went to Harvard Law and received a Constitutional law degree. How can he then make statements that it is flawed in it's content? And that the forefathers missed the boat so to speak?

And how can he take office, and make the statement when he does so, that he will uphold the Constitution if he himself belives it to be "wrong"?
