Say I just.. Lost my ticket walking in and couldmt find my seat.. So I slip into first class in a open seat. Would they maybe ban you? Or would you end up being charged the full price if caught? Or maybe just accused of stealing? Or what?

I am trying to work with instacart. I have a pending ticket for speeding and reckless driving. So I havent been found guilty for the charge so for all they know im innocent.. I dont go to court for 4 months. they use checkr background services for background checks and I got a letter from them saying my background check has not been cleared.. they need me to provide evidence for rehabilitation for this charge.. what do they want me to show them so I can pass? How can they not pass me for a charge im not guilty of yet anyway? It seems a bit unfair to judge someone for something they arent guilty of that hasnt had a fair chance in court. 

Im trying to get passed by checkr background services to work with instacart. I have a pending speeding wreckless driving ticket. Checkr background services is giving me 1 week to send them some kind of evidence of rehabilitation for this charge.. I dont see how they can judge me by a pending charge anyway.. for all they know I didnt do it.. I havent gone to court for the charge yet so im not guilty for it yet. But how do I provide this "evidence of rehabilitation" they ask for? and is there another way to convince them?

my friend is black and was outside my house close to my neighbor's property. he was on our property still but just close tom theirs. the neighbors texted my parents saying something like.. we wouldn't wanna see someone get shot for trespassing.. or something like that. can I press charges for them communicating a threat in this way? as simply standing on my neighbor's lawn is not a threat to him at all.. he would be using deadly force with no reason except for trespassing which is very illegal right? . the neighbor is constantly drunk and shoots his gun randomly often. he always hangs out outside in his shed which happens to be right next to our property., so can I press charges for someone telling me "we wouldn't wanna see someone get shot for trespassing" and they also called my friends the n word in the text showing the hate in them.. i don't feel safe with my drunk gun-wielding neighbor ready to shoot someone all the time. like my dog could have wandered over and my friend coulda went to get him and someone could wind up hurt.. not to mention they shot a neighbors cow before.. and drinks constantly.  so im sure he is crazy enough to shoot my dog or a trespasser. 

So I inherited my grandpas car. I got arrested. Cars in impound.  I need  to prove ownership to retrieve it. The car isnt registered I just have a title I signed. Title doesnt have my name on it. So I need to get it registered to get the car out. But I need to have an inspection to get the car registered I thought. So how can I do that with my car trapped?

I have taken over a small restaurant located in a truck stop. I'm by far the youngest person only 20 years old. Everyone here seems angry because I'm changing the business model of the restaurant. They think I'm gonna fail and they think anytime I go on my computer im being lazy and say lots of bad things about me even if I explain im trying to work hard.. I've been nothing but very calm and respectful to everyone.. one lady even called some men to threaten me because she seems angry I'm changing the restaurant..but I'm changing it because it went out of business the way it was ran. This restaurant needs to be ran properly and I'm paying fair and square to do it.. i even listened to people wven when they wouldnt talk to me nicely.. they even came into my restaurant and moved my stuff without asking me. And I said nothing..They keep spreading lots of false rumors about me and when I attempt  to speak and get them to understand reality they always speak over me or walk away or something.. I keep trying to stick to the rule respect others and they will respect you back.. I just dont get it though.. they are hurting my reputation and making my job much harder because the truckstop and restaurant are conjoined in two. I just wish we could all get along. Some of the people here are very kind but then others just hate me and I really have no clue why. I work 90 hours a week and try very hard. And I'm nothing but nice to everyone and just try to help only.. what am I missing?

I started selling pizza  burgers and subs. The pizza and burgers are both made from scratch daily including the buns and pizza dough and they are both very good. I've been told the pizza is better than domino's etc.. but I'm not sure if people think it's weird.. business is going okay but I just wondered if people would think the food is subpar because we dont have a main focus.. or maybe it would be better to divide the restaurant sort of how some places do.. for example those dairy queen/pretzel places I've seen in my area. Or maybe call it all italian and have italian burgers and pizza? But people might find italian burgers to sound unappetizing? Or last choice is to drop the pizza.. which would leave me with a bunch of unused equipment. We are a truckstop restaurant fyi. We sell burgers, breakfast, subs, pizza and a couple other sandwiches 

my partner leased a truckstop for 15 years by contract from the owner. inside there is a restaurant. my partner leased the restaurant to me. does the owner of the truckstop that leased the property to him have the right to tell, me what I can and cant serve in the restaurant/change my employees hours?? someone working in the truckstop was hired and she feels she has the right to tell me what to do with the restaurant because she is friends with the owner and threatens to get me kicked out by the owners permission.. 

I will be making everything made from scratch. All italian-based recipes. 

Here is the scenario. A man named Azere is the co-owner of a truck stop. He has given me the opportunity to take over the restaurant located inside the truck stop. The agreement we have made verbaly is that he will provide all the funding for equipment food basically everything that will go into the restaurant that's needed. My job is to handle all the responsibilities of the restaurant besides the funding of course. The agreement we came to is that the moment the restaurant opens I will be paid $10 an hour. The moment the restaurant has become profitable we will split the prophets of the restaurant in half 50/50. So when the restaurant is in the green I will receive 50%. I have never written a contract before so I need some guidence. I was thinking the deal-breaker for the contract would be something simple like.. if I do not turn a profit Within six months then the contract is terminated. Also if I am not attending to my duties and displaying growth within the six months the contract is terminated. Do I just write this stuff on a piece of paper and have us both sign? I'm really Clueless

I have been left a vehicle by my grandfather who has recently passed away. May he rest in peace. I would like to quickly start using the vehicle so that I can get my brother my other car. It will be approximately 3 months until we can legally put the car in my name. The car doesn't have any insurance right now. My aunt won't let me drive the vehicle yet because he's afraid if I crash it, then my grandpa's assets could be sued. Is there a way that I can insure the car to prevent that? 

I'm really debating on the two. I understand that there is more protection with an LLC but you can also get liability insurance along with a sole proprietorship so idk

So I want to fry up funnel cakes and sell them. I tried contacting the department of agriculture but they weren't clear enough and now I can't get a hold of them over the weekend. You don't need a business license nor inspection from my county health dept. They said I just need to follow rules from the North Carolina department of agriculture and cs. What I would love to do is mix up my own mix with eggs and milk and fry funnel cakes. But if that's not allowed then I will stick to prepackaged done cake mix with water. Anybody know? Will you help? Please

I payed for a flight then the money showed back up in my account. The flight is still booked also. What happens if I move the money from my account and go on the flight? Will I be in trouble?

How do people locate cheaper flights from stopping in Europe? And how do they find ones that have good timing?

I was in an accident a year and a half ago. I was 18 then. I got a job as a stocker soon after the job. Long story short my moms guilt trip, fear and everything kept me from quitting my job to recover. I also got screwed over by my lawyer and doc. I only got $2000 in compensation and I only visited the chiropractor which did nothing. The pain kept getting worse. Now I'm always in pain. I have a very high pain tolerance, but the fear that my back is messed up is driving me insain. I have tried every treatment I can myself. And have gone to the doctor but only could afford the basic muscle relaxers and crap. I really cant sleep which adds to the pain and energy drain. I quit my job. Now I'm completely broke, cant afford the doctor and my mom wont help me. I dont go home anymore anyways I've been basically living at my friends. My mom sais she has no money to help but I know she's lieing... but whatever. Is there some way I can find out whats wrong with my back? I was thinking could I go to the ER or something. My back hurts most in the thorasic area. Im pretty sure Its a muscle prob.
