I know it's not in the US Constitution. 

I've read the entire Constitution. It's not in there.

But, is there any document in the US that says nobody can be held accountable for slavery, Indian land etc.?

Granted, slavery was wrong. But, nobody alive today had anything to do with it! No White person alive in the last 100 years or so has ever legally owned a slave. No Black person alive now ever was a slave.

You and I don't owe anybody anything for any crime or immoral act that our Great, Great Grandparents may or may not have done!

My Great Grandparents moved from Germany to Michigan. That was AFTER slavery had ended.

Since they all moved to Michigan, a Northern state, slavery wasn't legal there anyway! 

Why should we pay anyone anything for slavery today when we had nothing to do with it?

Biden wants to pay all black people for slavery. But, they were never slaves! Then, the next generation is going to complain that their parents got money for it, but they didn't. They will expect some money to!
