I have a very massive underbite, and I have already talked to my surgeon about this and plan on receiving very intense jaw surgery in a couple years. What will most likely happen is my lower jaw will actually be sawed off partially and slid back, and vice versa with the top jaw. Out of curiosity, does anyone know what drugs are most commonly prescribed to manage pain after the surgery? In the past when I have had surgeries I have usually been prescribed OxyContin and it really worked like a charm in easing post-surgical pain, is it possible to specifically request this? Or any specific medication?

My iPod touch usually connects to the internet with very few problems, and has done this fine since I got it in late 2007 (I have the original touch). The other night while I was surfing the web, I randomly got a pop-up that said the password for my Wi-Fi connection was wrong. This occurs quite regularly, and usually I can just hit cancel on the pop-up, go to my home screen, open up Wi-Fi settings in Settings, and re-select my Wi-Fi connection and connect without having to enter the password. This time, however, it did make me enter the password. So I did, and it made it seem as though I was connected. I got 3 signal bars, but when I opened Safari back up and tried to load a page, the screen dimmed and it said "Connecting..." in the middle of the screen. After about 2 minutes of it saying this without seeming to progress at all, I went back to the home screen and opened back up my Wi-Fi settings. I clicked the blue arrow next to my Wi-Fi connection, and noticed that all fields except for the "IP Address" and "Subnet Mask" fields were blank. It wouldn't let me click on those two fields or "Router" to edit them. Does anyone know why this randomly happened and how to fix it? My Wi-Fi still works perfectly on my iMac, cell phone, Xbox 360, PS3, and TV, so I know it doesn't have anything to do with the connection itself. Also, I tried my neighbor's unlocked Wi-Fi connection that I pick up in certain areas of my house on the iPod, and it seemed to work fine (but if I moved at all, the signal faded completely). It is a very odd and irritating issue. Any help would truly be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, for some reason, anytime I try to transfer songs to external devices, namely micro SD cards in cell phones, the album artwork doesn't transfer along with the song. This happens to about 80% of the music I transfer, and it does the same thing whether I transfer the song from a folder/into a folder or not. Sometimes the art is transfered, but usually, it is not. Does anybody have any idea why this may be? It is very annoying having half the songs in an album on my phone have artwork and half not, even though every single song on my mac has artwork. Thank you for your help.

It's been almost 3 months since I got my right eyebrow piercing and I'm very tired of the curved barbell. I put in a circular barbell which I personally think looks great, but I couldn't find any pictures on the internet of other people with circular barbells in an eyebrow piercing, so I was wondering if you can have them there? Like, will it damage the piercing? I'm not worried about the fact that it may be some kind of taboo, I just want to know if it can irritate the piercing or anything like that. Thanks

I have recently noticed an outbreak of red bumps with white heads around my (male) genitalia. I recently started shaving there, so it could be from that, but I also recently lost my virginity to a girl who had been with 3 other guys, 2 of which were virgins as well, one who had been with 8 other girls who he had sex with before. I had sex with her about 3 weeks ago, and I started noticing the bumps about a week ago. I also found out that I had been shaving the wrong way, so it could be from that. However, just today I noticed that the bumps have spread to my actual penis, before they were in the area above, but now they are on the top part of my penis and go up about an inch. I also noticed 2 red bumps on the pointer and middle finger of my left hand, and a big red bump on my left thigh. Could I have herpes? Oh, and the bumps used to be painful, but they are not anymore. The girl I had sex with does not have any symptoms of herpes, and neither did that guy she was with that had been with 8 other girls.

My girlfriend used to be addicted to popping pills. While I did get her to ALMOST stop doing them (she does them once or twice a week now), she still does marijuana and some other weird stuff. She told me that the only thing that stops her from doing something really bad like meth or heroine is her fear of needles. She told me that she might even do cocaine if the opportunity presented itself. She is an amazing writer, and I don't want her to mess herself up doing these stupid drugs. Whenever she says she is going to stop, she always say "she is stopping for me". She doesn't realize it's for her own good. What can I do? I am not going to break up with her, that's not an option. Rehab isn't an option, either. I told her that I don't really mind if she does weed as long as she doesn't do it a lot, because it doesn't mess you up as much. What should I do?

I have the latest of version of Mac OS X. I haven't played World of Warcraft in a while. I am starting it again, but whenever I try to play I have to install the new patch. Whenever I do it and it starts downloading it, it just says "Failed to apply patch. Please try again later. If this problem persists you may need to reinstall or contact technical support.". If I contact support, I know they'll just tell me to reinstall because it's what they say every single time. I just reinstalled like a month before I had quit. Okay, here's how it was: around late Oct. last year I reinstalled for a different reason. In late Nov. last year I stopped playing WoW. Now I wanna play again. but can't. What am I supposed to do to fix this? Does it have anything to do with user permissions? Like admin stuff? Please help!

I recently moved into a new house, and it was a few months before I finally got around to hooking WiFi back up to my Xbox 360. Before the move, I had a 3 month Gold package that should have expired about 2 weeks after the move. The move was in late August 2009. For some reason, I stopped being billed by Microsoft, but continued to get all the benefits of Gold and it even says I am Gold on my gamertag. I am not going to report this to Microsoft because it is awesome and I don't want it taken away hahaha. But does anyone know how this is happening? I do know for certain it is not billing me. If you look at a "top RPG's list" or something similar, Zelda OOT is almost always near the top. Zelda: Ocarina of Time is in no way an RPG. The story is totally pre-determined, you don't customize your character, you don't level up, it's not turn-based, it's all real-time, you get the point. So why do people think it's a role-playing game? The only RPG elements in the whole game is 1) you name your character (even though you're supposed to call him Link obviously) and 2) there are 3 pieces of boots, tunic, sword, and shield to pick. There is also items you can equip, but I don't think that makes it an RPG. So one last time; the question is: Why would you consider Zelda: Ocarina of Time a role-playing game?

About 90% of the music that comes on the American Top 40 radio these days is some kind of techno or hip-hop. I understand that no matter hat kind of music it is, it takes talent to write a song, but the stuff that I hear has literally no real instruments playing. It's all synthesizer and digital beats. Plus, all of the vocals are digitally enhanced. If you heard "Lady Gaga" sing by herself without enhancement, she'd probably sound awful. Whereas the music that comes out today that is actually very complex and hard to make (i.e. Metallica's Death Magnetic, Lamb of God's Wrath, and Trivium's Shogun) never gets any radio play unless you are listening to a specialty station. By the way, this isn't a question about good radio stations that play metal, so please no one tell me to go by a satellite radio. One last thing; how the f*ck does a musician named "Lady Gaga" get popular at all? That's like a made-up baby word. F*ckin' lady googoo gaga lol

I have a 1st generation iPod touch 8GB, and a Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.8. My iPod is 3.1.2. For some reason, my iPod won't sync all my photo albums to my iPod. The photos are still there, but I have to search for them through all of my photos (and I have like 6000). I still have like 300MB of free space, but I'm constantly having to delete things in order for all my photos to sync. It seems like every time I add more than 10 photos, I have to delete like 30 songs. But I still have plenty of free space, so I don't know what the problem is. Also; if anyone can help with this; for some of my songs, the album artwork displays 4 different mini pictures of other albums on the touch over top of the real artwork. Anyone know why that is happening?

I am on a Macintosh, so I cannot use Media Go. Is it still possible to download games, themes, etc. without using Media Go?

My little brother already has a Nintendo DS Lite and a Sony PSP 3000. So if he got a DSI the only he would be getting that he didn't already have in one of those two systems would be a camera (which from I've seen and heard is not very good quality at all). I keep telling him that it would make more sense to buy a real digital camera with that money that 1) would be much better quality and 2) could even cost less. It seems I can't convince him what a waste a DSI would be, but am I the one that needs convincing otherwise? Please tell me what you guys think. Thank you!

I notice that if a white person calls a black person the N word, other white people sometimes act like they're offended and it hurts them, when 1) it wasn't even directed towards them and 2) they aren't even black. This makes me SO angry, does it bother anyone else?

I want to use BootCamp on my iMac to run Windows 7 Home Premium on it. However, I currently have Mac OS X Leopard installed, and don't have any copies of any Windows OS. So can I still put Windows 7 on the mac even though Windows 7 is intended as an upgrade for Vista user? Also, will most games work with Windows 7 (the main ones I want to play are World of Warcraft and Aion)?
