Someone I know wants to put a live feed on their website from a camera in their restaurant so people can see if it's busy, looks like a good atmosphere etc. I think it's a terrible idea for so many reasons but I would like to know what the law says about it before I attempt to persuade them not to. Would they have to have signs everywhere explaining that the customers are being filmed? Would they have to get written permission from every individual customer?

I'm a self taught web developer and I wanting to start building some free websites for people or businesses in my town for so I can get some experience dealing with clients and have a portfolio. I'm currently building my own website to explain what I am doing and why, as well as to explain what I will and wont do.

I need to come up with a name but my I can't seem to get the creative juices flowing. I want it to be two or three words with the last being 'websites' but not sure on the rest. I don't want to include the word 'free' as I may use this name for freelancing later on (where it definitely wont be free!). I might consider using the name of the city I'm in "Tauranga" as I'm only wanting to do work for people here. Or the region "Bay of Plenty".

Any ideas?
