  • What's Trudeau's plan on Iraq?

I just have a question about Trudeau's plan on the war in Iraq. Trudeau says he wants Canadian service members to particpate in training the Kurds. Does he want to keep the Special Forces operators there training the Kurds, or does we want to withdraw SOF and deploy conventional forces to train the Kurds?

  • How can Trudeau run a country when he considers someone telling him to put his kitchen knives away a threat?

When some drunk guy broke into his house be accident, believing it was his own house and then left a note saying he should put his knives, and forks away so someone won't steal them Trudeau thought it was a threat. How would he be able to run a country which has had problems with Russian jets entering our air space and threats by several terrorist groups.?

P.S. How would he be able to stand up to Putin in a debate? Since Canada opposes several things Russia has done. And when would he ever put the military in combat when the need arises?

  • If the Liberals or NDP get elected are they going to disband special forces?

I know in 1995 the Liberals disbanded the Canadian Airborne Regiment. Would the NDP or Liberals disband any current special forces units? Why would they do it if they were going to? Wouldn't disbanding special forces leave a huge gap in our nation's security?

  • Canadian Army enlistment questions?

I have heard most trades open up april 1st. I'm planning on apply in december. Since I know the process take long could I apply in december if the trade isn't open, and carry on with my file once the trade opens in april?

I have heard of people becoming ACISS "just to get in" (which I know people shoudn't take a job just to remuster) and ended up sticking with ACISS instead of remustering into infantry, armoured etc.. What's ACISS like? The videos don't seem too appealing to me. I hate computers, but I hear ACISS also gets field work with the combat arms. Does ACISS get a lot of time in the field?

The CFRC doesn't pick up when I call, which I understand since they're a busy part of the military.

  • Can I reapply to the Canadian Army?

I applied online when I was 16. I recieved an email from a recruiter with forms to print off and bring to the brigade group HQ. Before I handed in the forms I found out I wouldn't be able to join until I was 18. (personal reasons) I told the recruiter this and didn't recieve a response. Could I reapply when I am 18, or would I have problems reapplying? P.S. I would ask a recruiter but no one answers when I call.

Ten being hard, one being super easy. As of writing this I am in grade 11. I know how to add, subtract, and multiply on paper. I can Long Divide in a multiple choice setting, I can do pecents, decimals, and find the fractions of numbers.
