Oksana
Does anyone else find this odd?
The Other day, my family and I looked at a house. We removed our shoes (not uncommon at open houses). I was barefoot as I had worn sandals, and everyone else wore socks. The realtor kept asking me "Oksana, how does that floor feel?" and "Oksana, how does that carpet feel?" Later, I asked the realtor why she kept asking me that. She said that because I was the only one with bare feet (no socks), I could feel the floors/carpets better and that opinion was important because of that. Does anyone find this odd?
Renting & Real Estate6 years agoRight now, are you wearing shoes or socks, or are you barefoot? And what about your friend?
I am barefoot and my friend is wearing socks.
1 AnswerFashion & Accessories6 years agoIn this situation, would you have put on the socks or just gone barefoot?
The other day I went to my friend's house and was wearing sandals. I had socksin my backpack (which I happened to bring in with me) as I was planning to go on a hike later that day (my hiking shoes were in my car). When I entered, my friend asked me to remove my shoes. She was wearing socks, so I felt awkward going in my bare feet, but I thought it would look even more odd if I put the socks on in front of her, so I just stayed barefoot. In this situation, would you have put the socks on, or just gone barefoot?
Fashion & Accessories6 years agoIf dressing nicely (in a no-shoes) house, would you rather wear mismatched socks or go barefoot?
The other day, family was coming over and we all dressed semi-nice. I wore a blouse, cardigan, and jeans. I was unable to find matching pair of socks, so I put on a pair of mismatched color. My mom said that it looked tacky (not dressed nicely), and that I should just take them off and have bare feet. I thought it was odd, but I took them off and was barefoot. If dressing nicely, would you rather wear mismatched socks or go barefoot?
