chairman biden proposed six unconstitutional measures today to "reduce gun crime". Why didn't he mention "enforce the 3,000 gun laws we?
already have and put criminals in prison"? Everything he mentioned has been tried and, obviously, failed. Why not try the ONE thing he didn't mention and that has never been tried?
1 AnswerPolitics2 weeks agoSince more people are killed on our highways every year than by firearm activity, why don't we put the same requirements on buying a car as?
some people want to see on firearms: sales must go through a licensed dealer; a federal government agency must approve every sale; loaning a vehicle without a background check and permission would be illegal; all vehicles would have to be registered even if never used on public roadways. Wouldn't that make our highways safer as it will end gun violence? Of course, criminals wouldn't be subject to any of these limits and restrictions. Only law abiding taxpayers.
6 AnswersPolitics4 weeks agochairman biden once said only a "dictator" (his word) would use Executive Orders to run the country. The Constitution of the United States?
, Article 1, Section 1, Line 1 clearly states “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States...". Given his already unconstitutional abuse of Executive Orders, more than any previous Oval Office occupier, and his threat to use another to infringe on the rights GUARANTEED by the Second Amendment, isn't it time chairman biden be removed from office for his total disregard for the LIMITS on his authority?
6 AnswersPolitics1 month agoSince criminals don't buy their guns through legal channels, how will a "stronger" background check on LAW ABIDING taxpayers keep criminals?
from getting guns? This bill just passed by the House of Mis-Representatives is just Kabuki theatre at its most vile. Why not try simply enforcing the 30.000 gun laws we already have?
5 AnswersPolitics1 month agoCan anyone tell us why there are earmarks in the "Covid Relief Bill" to pay for: a subway in Silicon Valley; union pension fund bailouts;?
rebuilding cities destroyed by violence this past summer after police were told to stand down; foreign aid absent a treaty or an oversight; unemployment benefits; child care benefits? I can't think of an excuse except the politicians are pandering to buy your vote. More than 90% of the bill is totally unrelated to "Covid relief". More than half of the money allocated by the last vote buying bill has been spent. Why allocate more now?
3 AnswersGovernment2 months agoSince wind and solar energy are NOT "sustainable" (let's see you "sustain" solar power or the wind for 24 hours straight), why are libs?
believing this LIE and pushing for windmills everywhere (except politicians' backyards) and covering the ground with solar panels so we have nowhere to grow real food.
9 AnswersPolitics2 months agojoe biden has been in government for 51 years. nancy pelosi 33, chuckie schumer 45, dianne feinstein 60 years. Why do these professional?
panderers with almost 200 years in government want to blame PRESIDENT TRUMP for ANY of the problems with the federal government? If the problems exist today, didn't they exist under their entire careers?
12 AnswersPolitics2 months agoSo Yahoo sent me a "warning" about "something" that triggered "someone". How am I supposed to know what triggered who if Yahoo just sends?
out vague warnings? Can this be a bit more vague: "It has come to our attention that you may have violated the TOS (https://www.verizonmedia.com/policies/us/en/verizo... on Yahoo! Answers. Please reread the TOS and cease any use of your account that may violate the TOS"?
Abuse and Spam2 months agoCan any of you folks who keep babbling about some alleged "separation of church and state" required by the Constitution cite the Article or?
Amendment that contains that phrase? I've read the Constitution several times and haven't found it yet. I have found "shall not be infringed" and "right of the people".
4 AnswersPolitics3 months agoFor all you who want to ban ANY kind of firearm from the possession of law abiding taxpayers who will never commit a crime, how do you plan?
to get those same firearms out of the hands of the criminals who commit 100% of the crimes in this world? Failing that, and you will fail, how will you propose to defend law abiding taxpayers from the roaming bands of armed criminals who will take over the streets and neighborhoods?
Please keep your responses to workable, Constitutional plans not already contained in our more than 30,000 already enacted gun laws.
