i ran at my district PIAA xc meet today, and i ran pretty hard (hard enough to make states! =D) and my calves are killing me! i have a "the stick" aka the marshmallow stick, and ive been using that on my calves all day, and stretching also, but they still are so sore! is there anything i can do? thanks for all the advice =)

i was sitting on my boyfriends lap kissing him when he came in his pants. he pushed me off of him, and nothing seeped through his pants, we both had jeans on, but for some odd reason, i have symptoms of pregnancy. i did have cramps, but they all went away. but now my boobs are really sore. I am very active, so i get 2-3 periods a year. i took a test on friday and it was negative. so would that be accurate since i haven't gotten a period? people say all these "symptoms" are in my head, but why are they happening? everyone i've asked said that i can't possibly be pregnant. i'm still a virgin, so is it possible i could be? it sounds rather silly, but i can't get it off my mind, even though i took a test and it came out negative. could you please help me? thanks....

i've always been irregular with my period. ever since i first got it in 6th grade. but i always have had discharge. it was always clear/whitish and kinda slimy. and its constant. its everyday and it leaves a stain in my underwear. is that normal? i've never had sex, so it cant be because of an std or infection. and sometimes it comes out in clumps. i'm very athletic, so can that be a factor? i never thought anything of it, but its kind of worrying me.

my prom is the 24th of April, so i kind of have time to decide. i like to have things done early so i don;t have to fret last minute. anyways, my dress is dark teal with lots of silver sparkles. its a long dress with a sweetheart neckline and ruching in the skirt. i want everything to match. i have a sliver clutch, shoes, and white gold jewelry. but i have no clue how to do my eye makeup or lips. my boy friend (who is my date for prom) HATES lipstick. so i was thinking a colored gloss. a dark berry? bronze? pink? what color would look best? and for my eyes, what kind of shadow? i have this GORGEOUS copper mac shadow, but it wouldn't match. even though it doesn't match, would it be ok to wear? but tell me what you think =) it would be GREATLY appreciated! thanks so much! oh! and i do pick best answer!!

Even tho they are my bfffs, i have no idea what to get them for Christmas. I got them both matching braceletts with cute little hearts on them, but i still want to spend $20.00 more on each of them. My bfff Lindsee loves Christian music (she loves toby mac) and my bfff mikki loves NYC Broadway (especially Les Mis). Im going to NYC this saturday and i'm thinking about getting her a Les Mis shirt and something else from the city. And with Lindsee, i am completely stumped. I feel terrible i have no clue what to get her. I really want to try to stay away from shopping online, but i cant find any toby mac stuff where i live. i'm really in love with the tiffany novo ring. I dont want to buy the ring from Tiffany's, hoping it will be my engagement ring from my boyfriend hopefully. me and my boyfriend have been dating for about 2 months now, and i think hes a keeper. hes perfect, he dosnet smoke, drink, chew, do drugs and hes still a virgin. but just the other day, i had a weird dream. i had a dream that he was tring to hide alcohol from me, and i caught him. i just got over it and thoguth nothing of it. then the next night i had another dream about how he and this girl did stuff, and how he has this weird situationa nd his parents were freaking out and telling me how i cant know about this "situation" and later sat me down and said its time for me to know, then i woke up. and since im his first gf, its amking me wonder if he did anything before he met me. and hes going away to college this fall, so are these dreams trying to tell me something bads gonna happen when hes there? please help! i know they are just dreams, but i think im overreactong too. any help would be greatly apprciated. thanks
