What would you do if your husband keeps running back to his babymomma everytime something goes wrong in his marriage?

My 11 year old stepson is doing malicious damage to the property in my house. I was happy redecorating my house and brought a few new furniture pieces, a $250.00 tv stand and a $300.00 cocktail table. Less than one week later I noticed damage on both items. I found a long scratch on the glass of the tv stand, and little small dent holes along my cocktail. I informed my husband and he accused me of picking on the child and being jealous of him. I explain to both of them that it is a crime to do malicious destruction of property to my belongings and that 11 year old children can get arrested too. My husband never correct my step son when he is wrong, instead he is contantly making up excuses for his child. My stepson stay up all night playing video the bedroom light on making noise talking online. This child sleeps all day and he walks around the house and he do not speak to me and he do not thank me for anything that I do for him. Also he is contantly attempting to strike my nerves by doing stuff like leaving forks in my microwave and sitting on my livingroom couch with legs on the arm of the couch. When I told his father about the microwave incident with the fork his father said as "long as my son did not turn it on". What do you think about this? What should I do?
