I have 1987 ford f250 6.9 diesel. Got a strange electrical issue. Rpm gauge seems normal when headlights are off, but when on then gauge drops to almost 0 rpm. When driving seems like it's off by 500-1000 rpm.

Also, when the glow plugs are cycling and engine already running, them rpm fluctuates as well.

Any ideas what causes this? Or where to start looking and what to look for?

On chilly morning truck started fine. Drove about 3 minutes shut it off. Then few minutes later it won't start no cranking or clicking. When attempting to start there is light water in fuel. Any ideas? Don't know anything about diesels

Just got 1987 ford f250 and want to tilt steering wheel. I know it tilts but I can't find the lever.

So, i clayed the internals of my engine and everything seemed ok. My question is, can i reuse the head gasket after the head has been torqued down on in? The gasket was brand new.

I know 3.8 thousands is good for turbo. Is it ok for all motor? What would happen? Not enough compression? It will ruin the piston at high rpm?

my engine had bad head gasket so all cylinders had some water in it, and that some how rusted the inside of the exhaust manifold. How do i clean the rust off? I need to make look sort of clean. Is there a wire wheel with long flexible shaft?

Alternator died once. I replaced it with a new one and new battery and a week later it died too. Basically the car runs on battery power only. What could it be? bad chassis ground somwhere?

So, im 27 now. I would like to have my legs more flexible like doing a split. When i was 8 i could come close to doing a split, but now after sitting in office chair for man years i have trouble to get legs at 90 degree apart. Can i train my body to do splits at my age? If yes, any suggestions how to start training?

So, i was playing soccer and collided with another player and got elbowed in the ribs right below chest left side of chest and above abs. It has been 2 weeks and still hurts. Hurts to get up.. pick up things.. sneeze, blow nose.. etc.. Its not swollen so i dont think its broken. No discoloration on the skin. what else could it be?
