What to wear with this vest?

I'm going out for the day with one of my classes later on in the week and have no idea what to pair with this vest. It is khaki in colour but may look different in the picture due to the quality of my phone camera. I was thinking about pairing a black long sleeved shirt underneath with dark coloured pants and black converse? Maybe dark blue ripped jeans? Black tights? I don't know -_- ...

    And help please??

  • My hair is thinning out every time I shower, brush it or even run my fingers through it help please!?

I have naturally curly wavy messy hair and I have noticed about the end of last year my hair has been thinning. No one in my family that I know of has thin hair, and I'm only 16 years old!, During school for the past 3 years I straightened my hair everyday apart from the weekends. I've dyed my hair from black to brown to red to black to red then a lighter red. My hair has not been dyed for this whole year. I have been to the doctor twice, he first gave me some shampoo for scaly scalps since I have dandruff, the second time he gave me vitamin pills to take once a week. I been taking the pills and have been using the shampoo for a whole year but my hair is still thinning. I'm too scared to brush my hair or even wet it when I am in the shower. I feel if I don't do anything now I will be bald and will have to wear a wig for the rest of my life. Is this normal? my parent say it is nothing, but that just stresses me out even more. Is there anything I can used, like home remedies or something like that. Please help thanks :))

  • my hair is thinning out way too much please help!!?

im 15 years of age and my hair is starting to thin out ever since i stopped using heat on my hair.

when i run my hand through my hair about 10-20 strands of hair come out every single time i do it, i'm not exaggerating i even counted them. i dyed my hair to a light brown to a red then went over the red to a lighter red then to black then to red again over the past 2 years. my hair is really damaged i have split ends basically on every strand from straightening my hair for 3 years without stopping only on the weekends when i have no school. i don't know what to do apart from wait.. i have bought pantene pro-v conditioner deep fortifying noticeably reduces hair fall due to breakage and garnier fructis fortifying conditioner nutri-repair triple nourishment for dry and damaged hair. will these two products help my hair from not falling out anymore. i have bad dandruff. i understand we lose around 100 strands of hair a day but i'm losing too much. before all this happened when i tied my hair up into a bun the bud size use to be the size of a tennis ball but bigger now when i tie it up it is the size of a golf ball what do i do!!! my hair is naturally bushy frizzy curly wavy just a mess that is why i straighten my hair, i haven't straighten it in 4 weeks and i don't know if i straighten it now will my hair style still be there, im too scared to try because i don't want it falling out in chunks scary!!

please if you have any advice please tell, oh and im a student with no job so nothing expensive please!!

  • My hair is falling out ever since i stopped straightening my hair HELP!!?

My hair is about 20cm pass my shoulders, I dyed my hair 2 years ago to a light brown then to a red colour, then last year I died it back to my original hair colour (black), then back to red again. i do straighten my hair everyday with heat protective spray (tresemme) im 15, since i go to school i like to go to school looking neat and tidy. I have naturally bushy and frizzy hair. but now since it is the holidays and im starting senior next year i've considered on looking after my hair for the 6 week period. But i've noticed that my hair is falling out alot. It breaks off from the roots and also just snapping off. I tie my hair back every single days so it doesn't get in the way.

my daily routine: sunday night i straighten my hair => monday morning i style it with a normal straightener => I do that all the way to friday after school (NOT WASHING MY HAIR) => then friday night i wash my hair => saturday i wash it that day to with shampoo tresemme => then repeat from beginning on sunday night.

I know that this is bad but i've been doing it for the last 2 and a half years, and its never fallen out as much as it is doing now. I do trim my split ends but it feels about the next 2 days after that they grow back so my hair stays the same length. About 4 and about 4 and a half months ago i thinned my hair out a lot since my hair was thick and uncontrollable. But now I regret doing so.

I have considered on going to the doctors but too lazy to go :(

and im not too sure on how much it would cost.

i know that you lose about 100 strands a day but i just run my hand through my hair and about 20-40 strands come out with one swipe. And when I was showering I wanted to try and brush my hair so I did and I looked into my brush and was shocked.. about 100 strands of hair were in that brush. I was shocked. I asked my mum and she said it was from damaging my hair so much with heat and dying it all the time

what should I do? I have stopped straightening my hair and i just want to get it back to normal, i don't care how long it takes! do I have to use a different shampoo? please help me and thanks :))
