Who would they kick out if a biological mother abuses her child, but is not her legal mother?
A biological mother, grandmother, and a young girl all live together. (the young girl is at age 15) The grandmother is the legal mother, and guardian of the young girl.The biological mother is mentally and sometimes physically abusive to the your girl, and she now lives in fear all the time. If someone were to call Children's Services on them, would they remove the young girl, or the biological mother? Let it be known that the house they live in completely belongs to the Grandmother. The grandmother does everything she can to keep her form getting hurt, but it slips by sometimes. What would happen? Please help?
