please tell me if this is illegal. i was looking at a truck for $40,000. the salesman said the bank didn't approve me and that i would have to put $3000 down. So now i was able to get approved but the $3,000 I put down was not in the contract. so i asked him and he said since the bank didn't approve me for $40,000. he used my $3000 to bring it down to $37,000 then the bank approved me. is that legal? aren't you suppose to report all down payments to the bank so they can get their cut? the reason why im asking is because im looking for any loopholes to get out of this deal. The real reason why i want to return the truck is because the salesman passed my information on the a mortgage company without my permission and the mortgage company ran my credit and pre approved me for a home with bank of america. Is that enough for the manager to buy back the truck from me? Please help

Im a 21 year old female, im 5"11 and I weigh 255pounds? Is it possible for me to lose 50 pounds in 3 months? I've started taken this natural dietary supplement called proactol that decreases food cravings, suppresses appetie and reduces calorie intake. I started eating healthy, I drink plenty of water and I'm starting to exercise 5 times a week. So with all of that said and done, is it possible for me to lose 50 pounds in 3 months? If I go from weighing 255 to 205 pounds, will it be noticable or not really? Another question, is it better for me to exercise in the morning before work? also I want to start eating 1200 calories a day, is that ok?

ok i have a child and 1 paid my cousin $3000 for the year of 2008 and i claimed it on my tax return, my cousin is 22 and she is no public assistance, does she have to claim the income, if so where does she claim it on her tax return if i never gave her a W2. another question I already did my tax return but i didnt include my extra income i received from my mutual funds becuase i just received that letter in the mail yesterday. will i be penalized or can i claim it on my tax next year? if not what do i do if i already sent my tax return and they accepted it ( it was e-filed)???

The car is for my boyfriend but the car loan is in my name, its registered to me and I had insurance on it from Geico. Geico cancelled my policy because he didn't stay on top of things, So now my boyfriend claims he put the insurance in his aunt's name but I don't know how true that is. but how can he put it in his aunt name if its still registered to me and doesn't he have to return the plates back to motor vehicle? I just want to make sure he's not lying to me and driving around without insurance. Another thing he has two unpaid parking tickets on the car, I want to teach him a lesson, If I don't mention the tickets again and it doesn't get paid, will that affect me in any way as far as getting arrested goes? I want the car to get towed so he will learn to handle his business next time. I asked him last night for proof of insurance and he said he will show me but he hasn't shown me yet.

Im 21 years old, 255 pounds and 5'11. I already started eating healthier. If I started an intense workout of 5-6 times a week 1 hour cardio and 45 minutes weight training, is it possible for me to lose 20 pounds by christmas? I know the healthy way is 1-2 pounds a week but I also heard the heavier you are the more you use and some people tend the drop more weight in the beginning of their diet. Also what eating plan will this call for?

I've just taken a pregnancy test and it came up negative. my last period was two days and it was extremely short, it only lasted for two days. so my question is does it shows up negative because i haven't missed a period yet. i am extremely paranoid and i think im pregnant because boyfriend and i had unprotected sex and he didn't pull out and I've been have some pregnancy symptoms such as being tired, emotional, nausea, and morning sickness. or could im short menstrual cycle be because im just stressed?

Ok here's the thing. two and a half weeks ago, my boyfriend and I started having sex without a condom and doesn't pull out.now two weeks later, Wednesday morning,I received my period but by Friday morning it was completely gone. which has never happened to be before.Sunday, I lightly spotted which I heard was a sign of pregnancy. Now this morning I am feeling very nausea, I'm experiencing the worst headache ever and my stomach hurts. i think its my perfume that give me a headache and made me feel nausea. but i don't know if I'm just being paranoid or is there a possibility that I'm pregnant. i think its my purfume that is causing my to feel nausea and its giving me a headache or Can I be experiencing early signs of pregnancy, I was thinking that it's too soon being that it was only 2 weeks ago, doesn't it normally take 1 - 2 months to start feeling the symptoms?

Anyways my question to you is if I take in 1500 calories everyday and eat extremely healthy while going to the gym, 1 hour cardio, 5 days a week, how much weight can I lose in 6 months and how much weight can I lose in 1 year???

Or how long do you think it would take me to lose 110pounds???

My ex and I split and he left me $7,000 in credit card debt. If he decides not to pay then im just have to take the lost and pay it myself and the apr isnt high at all so I'll be fine. Now the guy I was talking to doesnt want anything to do w/ me.I havent eaten in days

1) He has a 40,000 auto loan in my name,i am the primary & he is the co signer. I dont want to take the chance of him being spiteful and paying the car loan late or just letting the payments fall behind.He knows my credit score means alot to me and i paid my credit card bills & student loans on time every month for him to screw it up.i credit score is currently 730 and i want it to increase as time goes on.Please give me some advice to get the car out of my name asap.

I don't have any songs on my ipod and she downloaded songs and vidoes from her itunes using her home computer. I meet this guy over the internet and we met twice and he is so nice and sweet. I am not in debt, I normally pay off my bills very month, i have never been late, I currently owe about 4 thousand which will be split into 2 payments. Now my aunt told me to close all of them except Amex, Bank of America,Chase, and two store accounts. if I close 10 accounts today how drastic will that affect my score?
