I did a new workout yesterday that was really tough and it felt great but today I'm super sore. My legs, shoulders, arms, and abs hurt. Should I tough it out and workout or should I let my body rest today?

Any hair frizz control advice would be appreciated. Thanks :)

There was a time when I had something going between two guys who happened to be good friends with each other. One asked me out and I said no cuz I was into the other one. Eventually we dated for a few months, and then it ended, tht was like 5 months ago.. Anyway I'm getting close to the other guy again and we flirt a lot. Is it weird or wrong if I try to go out with this guy now? I don't even know if he still likes me, considering I rejected him. Thoughts?

For my English project, I need to know if this has meter and a rhyme scheme. Also, if you see any poetic devices, that'd be nice if you could tell me what they are.

There's these supposedly new revolutionary diet pills called power slim and everywhere I look everyone swears by it. I'm a little overweight and I'm 15 years old. One bottle with shipping lasts a month and costs about $70.00. I'm diabetic and my dad doesn't think I'm that fat. I reallyyy want to try this diet plan and nothing else I try seems to work no matter how hard I try. Should I ask my dad for them? Have any of you heard of this? If you've done it, did it work?

Wanna know how careful I should be with this wrist.

My friends and I are going to see it around 5ish and since it just opened yesterday I want to know if it will be really busy and get sold out fast, and if we should get there early.

I had a small party with some friends about 6 or 7 girls, we were just hanging out and my dog (1 1/2 year old Yorkie) was laying on the couch next to my friend and as far as I know, I wasn't paying that much attention, when she got up she was limping. I'm really concerned. when she's walking she won't let it touch the ground. she hobbles on the other three legs. Although she never at any time cried whimpered or winced. Not at all during the 'party' and not when I touch the leg either. I put a small amount of pressure all around the leg and nothing bothered her and it moves around fine. She doesn't cry or wince at any pain. All of my friends said nothing happened and you never know maybe something did when my back was turned and they wouldn't

admit it, but what seems to be the problem? It's been like this for about 2 hours now.

So my best friend is depressed, won't listen to my advice, and absolutely refuses professional help. She won't even go as far as setting foot in the guidance counselors office. And she is going on a cruise in about a month and plans to jump off of it. I know i should probably tell someone, and get her help, and i know if i don't, after she commits suicide i will really regret it, but she doesn't want me to tell and i can't bring myself to do so anyway. And also i know someone who is depressed won't take to getting help until them themselves are ready, and i must say she is not. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Okay so my best friend i found out cuts herself, is anorexic, and uses drugs. she has a friend from her old school who might be pregnant, has smoked before, and drank alcohol before. Guess how old she is. 13. its insane. and the thing is no one knew it or suspected it.everyone, myself included, thought she was an innocent little girl. guess not. anyways, i need to help her she is sooo messed up and is headed down the complete wrong path. i need help!! SHE NEEDS HELP! HELPP!!!!

I would like to lose weight and i know that exercise is key, i just wanna know the fastest and most efficient and easiest (if possible) way to exercise and burn calories. ;)

So we were texting and i asked if he likes me and he said yes, i like you some. and that was the first time anyone ever admitted to me that they like me so it was a bit of a thrill and i was confused about how i felt. but he said he likes other people more than me. I don't get it. And today he took it back and said his friends sent that message which i doubt. So i don't know whether he likes me or not or if it's typical of a guy to tell you he likes other people more than you. I'm really confused about what's happened between us these past few days and of his feeling for me. any advice please?

so there's this guy and today i asked him if he liked me when we were texting and he always likes to chat with me in school and stuff and he sits behind me in all of my classes. and so when i asked him he said, and i quote, "i like you some". then i said really? u do? even though i kinda knew... and he was like yeah but i also like other people more. WTF?!?!?!?!?! guys what does this mean? is he playing some sorta game or is this normal to say? i mean really who does that?? HELP!

Someone said to me can i double stuff your oreo. i have no idea what it means but i do know its some kind of stupid pickup line. Anybody know what it means?

Some of those programs actually look like they have some pretty good information in it to help lose weight. But im 14 i cant buy them! i want to be in shape and there's nowhere for me to look for advice. Nowhere to look to for good information anyway... so basically i'm asking if anyone really knows the true secret for getting fit that actually works quickly that i don't already know. And by that i mean i don't want the same information that i can find anywhere else; like the fact that i should eat right. duh i know that already. Any GOOD advice for me?
