Our shop is being courted by Napa for them to come in and take over our inventory control. Of course, all of the people they recommend for references are ones that are happy with them. I was wondering if any other mechanics on here have any experience good or bad with this set-up.

I keep breaking the flywheel bolts on my BF50A Honda outboard. I torque them to spec, the starter bendix isn't bent, and I've seen on a couple of other forums other owners having the same problem. What I haven't found is a fix. Any marine techs out there know a modification that will solve this?

Our shop is looking to replace our broken scan tool for heavy duty trucks (Cummins and Caterpillar engines, Allison transmissions). I was hoping another heavy duty mechanic might see this and let me know if they have found a good scan tool. From what I can find out so far, the Pro-link Graphiq seems the best, but was hoping to hear from someone that has used it.

First we return to the immigration policy we had until the end of world war 2, anyone can immigrate to the US if they are healthy and no criminal record. We pay Haiti a bit to use them as a dumping ground, but hey, it's cheaper than sending them through our prison system and we don't have to build the new jails to house em. I am so sick of Right-wingers saying that liberals hate America and Left wingers saying that the right is evil. Am I the only one left in the "mushy middle" who thinks all this name calling and refusing to compromise is just tearing us all apart? Can we at least agree that BOTH sides love America and want it to prosper, even if they have different ideas about how to go about it?

I am currently in the process of getting moved to New Zealand. Do the new cars there use the OBDII protocol for communication?
