I am married and the Mom of 7 dogs. I have done English Setter rescue for 9 years and am the co-founder of Keepsake English Setter and Black Dog rescue. I do animal portraits in pencil and pastels. I have been a foster home for English Setters for 8 years and over the past several months I have fostered black dogs and I LOVE fostering dogs. Because of this, I have had lots of different experiences with dogs and feel I have some good advice to give. I do get rather put out with people who want to breed their dogs when they have no clue what they are doing. There are too many dogs and animals being killed in shelters each week. I can get persnickity in that respect and I don't apologize for that at all.
