I have a walk in shower unit in my ensuite and the water pools next to the drain after I have showered and now it's hard to clean, also the floor is textured so it makes scrubbing it with a brush difficult or ineffective. Are there any cleaning products or household products that would work to remove this grime and mildew?

A former co-worker of mine has asked me to write a letter or recommendation for her for when she looks for employment. I was the assistant manager where we worked and we worked together for almost a year. What types of things do I include in a letter such as this and what is appropriate / inappropriate?

My parent's are separating and my stepdad wants off title of the house. My mother still wants to keep the house and add my husband and I to the title so that we all own the house and split the mortgage. We have already been pre-approved for a new mortgage and we just need the "off title" paperwork in order to "re-mortgage" the house. What steps do we need to take in order to get him off title (lawyers, etc..) and for us to proceed? I find this all a little bit confusing so help would be much appreciated.
