I have more that 500 videos in my Hosting..which are in Mp4 format..recently..Html5 video player has come into light..so i want to convert all my mp4 videos in to webm..i heard about ffmpeg..but its too complicated..can any one give me a step by step guide to convert them...[script or something..that converts all my mp4 videos in my hosting automatically]

For example..try opening the link below..and click "Download" button..

it plays instead of downloading [For Chrome Users]

How should i define to the browser that i we should need to download it not play it

also..is there a way to extrat even the .rar files..( i heard of ssh access..) but any other alternate ways..like ftp..
