I love fallout 3. But I despise fallout new vegas, were they even trying? I hear rumors about a new fallout game coming eventually, does anyone know if it will be as good as if not better than fallout 3, or will it be worse than New Vegas?

I love horror games and want to play through a couple before the end of October. I also have played through silent hill 2 and 3 along with bioshock and dead space 1 and 2. please make a list or name some very scary game(s).
