I use WinXP Pro on two PCs, both set to the Classic Start Menu option. On the work PC, when I open Start menu > Programs, it shows only recently used programs, but if I click the little icon at the bottom of the list it expands to show all programs. On my personal PC, it just opens to show all programs immediately. How can I get Programs on the personal PC to work the way it does on the work PC? I checked the Properties for the Start menu, but they're both the same.

I know you can stop the movie and when you start playing again without powering down, it remembers your place. What I want to know is how to bookmark a movie so that I can power down, then start up again and play the movie from exactly where I left off. I need a step-by-step procedure that works, please.

Widescreen LCD monitors are 16:10, but widescreen TVs are 16:9. How come?

When I right-click a bookmark in Firefox, the first menu items appear in this order:

Open

Open in New Window

Open in New Tab

However, I would prefer that "Open in New Tab" be the first menu item. Is this possible, and if so, how?

Or rewind? Is there a special type of DVD player that can do that?

Some time ago there was an episodic (weekly?) radio comedy show with talking animals, of which the only one whose name I recall was Max the Meerkat. What was the name of the show and whatever happened to it, or its creators?

This is a black-and-white science-fiction movie I saw at a drive-in as a child in the late 1950s or possibly early '60s. All I remember is the final scene, where a family with children (or possibly just the kids) were standing in front of a trailer (possibly in the desert) waving goodbye to the aliens, who I guess were flying home. Any guesses as to the name of the movie?
