I had my husband arrested and jailed for domestic assault a week ago. His court date is october 7, is there anyway i can drop charges on him?

I have always had a problem eating, since childhood. Only now my husband is making me feel awful because i eat so little and can never finish anything. I am only concerned because i always drop down to 105 lbs and I'm content with my weight right now.

Everytime i eat, regardless of what it is, there its always some left on my plate. I have even tried getting smaller portions..like portions i feed my toddler. But even so, when i get to the last few bites i start feeling sick..And if i ignore it and continue eating i end up over the toilet puking my guts out. I just want to eat like a normal person but i cant. Any idea on how to fix this.

I've only had him since June 14. He was eating fine, we fed him 1 small fuzzy mouse (dead) every week and started to every 4 days since he was eating more frequently. However he last ate on the 10th of August and then I noticed he started to shed because his eyes kinda fogged over. He has already shed his skin and we have disposed of it. But we have tried feeding him 3 times already and he won't eat. The thing is, the first mouse we went to fed him was missing a leg or something so it was bleeding and I hadn't noticed til after I dropped it in his feeding box. He went to eat it, wrapped around it and everything, stayed there for a couple minutes then I guess he decided he didn't won't it. ((Which is understandable cause it was already injured)) But the other two mice we have tried feeding him was perfectly fine and he wont even consider them now. It's been 2 weeks since he ate last, should I get concerned. He is normally not aggressive and the other day he striked at me through his glass.

I was guaranteed a job at this one place, offering more money and more hours. They said all they had to do was fax in the paperwork as soon as the machine got fixed and that is was safe to put in my two weeks notice with my current employer. I had been checking with them for 3 weeks and they kept saying that. After my two weeks with my current employer was up I received a phone call from the future job stating they are unable to hire me due to lack of qualifications. Is there anything I can do since they already said I had the job? Because now I am unemployed with bills and rent to pay.

We have an HDTV and everything that it says you should have. We've played mine craft splitscreen before and it worked perfectly. However it's not working now. We hit the X and sign In the second controller but it still didn't let us split. Even after we hit start. Do we have to be offline as well? Any ideas?

I am ten (almost 11) weeks pregnant with my husbands child. A week ago he got mad at me and the direct words from his mouth were "I do not want that child walking this earth, You need to make a decision, because I can end that pregnancy right now, don't think I won't!" I need to know if I can report his threats without him finding out. Because he is talking about if we ever split he wants full custody of MY daughter. Whom he is not blood-related to. However he did sign her birth certificate. I feel if he is threatening HIS unborn child already, I'm not sure if I can trust him with MY child. I am wanting to start filing reports on him so I can have a case. He can be abusive though, if he knew I was filing on him it'd get dirty. So can I file police reports on him in total confidence he won't find out?

I am ten weeks pregnant and my husband just threatened to end my pregnancy. (Physically kill my baby on purpose) Granted I am not out of my first trimester, I still want to keep this child. He says he doesn't want it walking the earth. Is this illegal? I don't what to do and I am afraid to call the cops because I am scared to death of him. I live in TN in Hamilton county. What do I do?

Both of my big toes will bleed and have puss come out underneath the bottom of my nail bed. It started with my right one, so I assumed that i was just where I landed on my toe wrong a few years back. But now my right one is doing it as well and they both hurt. It is not an ingrown I know that for a fact. But what else could it be. It is not making any sense. I have not done anything to my left foot for it to be bleeding constantly and having puss come out of the bottom nail bed. Does anyone have a idea of what could be wrong?

I am currently pregnant and my fiance' is not the father of my child. However, he is wanting to take full responsibility and sign the birth certificate. The father of my child has not been in any way, shape, or form apart of this pregnancy since day one. We haven't even spoken since my first trimester. (I am in my third) I currently reside in the state of Tennessee and my baby is due with in the next five weeks. My fiance' and I want to go ahead and give the child his last name to avoid the whole adoption process after him and I marry. However, the baby's father threatened to take me to court when I was 9 weeks pregnant for a custody battle after I have her. He also said he will have the birth certificate restrained where no one can sign it but him. Can my fiance' legally sign my daughters birth certificate, I feel like he has every right since he has been with me through this whole pregnancy. He's even bought all of the baby items. (Cribs, stroller, car seat etc.) He has been more of the father then anyone else and he really wants this child to have his last name.

I am currently 16.5 weeks pregnant with identical twins and I have not gained a single pound since my first doctor visit at 6 weeks. I am naturally underweight, and I have always had trouble gaining weight. I am currently 118lbs and I am starting to show where other people can notice. I am in my second trimester and slightly worried because I barely have any morning sickness anymore and I do not feel pregnant. Granted I still get light headed in the sun and nauseated when I eat something I wasn't craving, I'm just a little worried. I have another doctor visit on the 6th of April where I find out what genders my babies are. I have had one previous pregnancy before this one, where I miscarried at 6 weeks. So I am just very scared it will happen again. Has anyone else had trouble gaining weight during pregnancy? My sister is 19 weeks pregnant with one child and she is HUGE!

I just had a D&C (Dilation and Curettage) last Tuesday on Sept. 20, the following Saturday i discovered I had an infection and it seemed pretty bad. However my OBGYN prescribed me some anti biotics to take to fight the infection. Here it is almost a week later and I'm having extreme nausea, vomiting, headache's, low fever, and oddly enough even bad ear aches. My friend is telling me I need to go get it checked out, but I'm not really sure myself. Is this normal or should I go to a doctor?

If this was to happen and he failed to complete the paperwork is there any possible way I could gain temporary rights to the child, just until everything gets settled? I'm 18, engaged and living with my fiance (he's 20). We have a spare bedroom and he's okay with it. He works for the State so we are capable of giving the child what she needs. Is there anyway we have a chance of getting her?

My dad says there is and says that he can get my fiance' locked up. So I really need to know. And sources would really be appreciated that way I can back it up. This is really important to me and my future family. Please help.

I'm looking to find where exactly in the brain does Serotonin Syndrome Originate. I can't really find it anywhere. I am however, beginning to think that possibly it begins in the brain as a whole. That there is not one particular place it originates. Considering the facts that it does travel through-out the whole brain. But I need sources to prove that. Can anyone help me out? Please. I got this paper due later on today (12/7/10) and I can't find the answer anywhere.

I have an extremely high chance of being pregnant. Its to soon to tell though. I don't plan on taking the test for atleast 3 weeks. Should I continue taking my birth control or not? I don't want to risk a mis-carriage if i am, however i don't want to risk the chance of getting pregnant if i'm not.

I'm wanting to try a different religion, without leaving the christian branch. The one I'm currently in is the one I've been brought up in but I feel as if they are forcing me to stay. For example they say if we leave the that branch of the christian religion then we will go to hell. Which I don't believe is true. I mean as long as your saved and you accepted Jesus into your heart then you fine right? Also, they tend make judgments (which last time I checked that was God's place, not theirs. The bible says you shouldn't judge others.) So by judging they are going against what the bible says right? Even the preacher. Their also strongly against a lot of things and their racist (last time I checked the bible says we should love everybody no matter what). I'm not one to say their all like that but all of the churches I've been to seem to be. So I'm tired of feeling like I'm not capable of making my own decisions without getting lectured.

Could someone please give me and idea as of what the Orthodox do? Such as what bible they read from and what exactly they believe. A friend of the family started going to a one of those churches and he's changed completely. He speaks very highly of it.

Also, if anyone has any other suggestions of which I could swap to, that is still in the Christian religion. Please feel free to suggest it. I'm open to other branches. If you don't mind though, give a little input on what it's about. Like I've said, I've grown up in one branch only and so that's the only thing I know of. They spoke very low on the rest of the christian branches.

So I am planning on the army as my future career. I was wondering if you might know of any Military Schools that take in High School students. I've been looking into it alot. And in order for my parents to even consider it I have to know every small detail. Military camps would be nice too.
