I wish I could remember the name of this possible Sundance or foreign film from about approx. 2008, A girl is flewn in from some strange country and has her mind set out to do a bombing in downtown New York.. and she was sent to a hotel and had no idea what the job entailed. They gave her clothes to look like an average teen with a backpack. and told her how to detonate the MP3 player she had in her bag. They told her to go to Times Square and stand in the middle of the street. When the time was right she would know. She did this and when she went to do it.. the thing dudded out, leaving her with urinated jeans. She kept trying again and again. She went into a bathroom stall and tried to fix the thing.. then left it behind, but came back for it again. Every where she went she was crying and asking for ppl to give her 25 cents to use the pay phone so she could call the men that gave her the useless bomb. Their cell phone was disconnected. She was left. alone in a country she didn't know under a street lamp . bawling. The scariest part of the movie was.. every person that was around her.. every person that gave her money.. had no idea that they were in a movie.. The camera's were hidden. PPl would walk by her like she didn't exist and they were NOT ACTORS! It's a movie like that.. that will give me a huge lump right in the very depth of my soul! Man I wish I knew the name of that movie!! It seemed slow going, but so worth it. Just amazing!
