I have an Indian passport issued 5 years ago. I have all my names (First, Middle, Last) as part of the Given Name. I need to add my Last name as Surname.

a) How long does this take?

b) Will the passport be reissued or will the surname be just endorsed in addition ?

c) What happens to the visas issued previously?

d) What is the most convenient way of getting it done ?

I was issued a B1/B2 visa to the USA under Business Executive Program (BEP) in India. The visa is valid till 2017 Feb. This was applied for me by the company I used to work for. I quit my job in 2007 September. Now, I live in the Netherlands. I would like to visit my fiancée who lives in USA this April. Can I travel on the same visa though the initial intention was business? Or do I need to apply fresh?

I am taking a BA flight from Bangalore to Amsterdam starting October 4th. I have to transit through the London Heathrow Terminal 4 for my connecting flight. I will land at 11:50 and depart at 13:05 to catch my connecting flight to Amsterdam from the same terminal. Do i have enough time? What happens if i miss the flight due to flight delays?. Please let me know if you can advise me on this.
