Im trying to get a new samsung phone. I currently have the eternity 2 and absolutely hate it and have had endless problems with it. Im trying to get samsung to replace it with a different phone under warranty. I only use my phone for texting so I just want a QWERTY phone. Does anyone have any suggestions? My carrier is ATT

I downloaded two movies using Vuze and I tried playing them using Windows Media Player. All I get is the Audio with the crazy colors flying around the screen. Can someone help me???
