If I want to start a business where I finance purchases of goods, and use the goods as collateral, add an interest rate, and have a payback period of a year or less, will I need any kind of licenses for that?

It used to work, but for the past few months, i can't type anything into it. It freezes on the third letter typed into the search box. It also freezes Dr. Watson. I have tried removing search providers and reinstalling them,including Windows Live search provider, but still the same problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but still same problem. Is there a work around to this?

I have mozilla firefox, but some sites I use don't behave right unless i use IE, so I have to have IE.
