2 AnswersHistory8 years agoThe title and artist of a painting ? German expressionist?
I want the name and title of a painting. Its an expressionist painting around about 1930 I think. It had the title of ' Death of the poet Hoffmansthal' ? Or something along those lines.
Was it the Death? Suicide? of a poet ? son of a poet? I think it was Hoffmannsthal perhaps someone else ? Its a guy falling out of a window. In lurid colours obviously! I cannot find it and it and it is driving me ab-so-lute-ly bonkers.

I am thinking of recursion as applied to linguistics. If you could avoid jokes along the lines of "for recursion: see recursion" that would be great as I'm fed up with seeing it.

Right this has been bugging me for years. I think it is a BBC supernatural drama from the 1980's.
The only scene I remember - A ghost hunter? An historical researcher goes into a church at twilight and cannot find his way out. As the light fades he starts to see naked figures of all ages and sizes come toward and around him him. The music in the background is one of Eric Saties Gnossiennes. I thought the actor was Keith Barron but a check of his filmography says no. It's been bugging me for years. Any help out there with its name?

8 AnswersAstronomy & Space9 years agoTrying to get the name of this film- an Italian horror film I think?
Spoilers!
From memory I think it's Italian but possible Spanish or French. I think from the 70s. It's set in a cinema. A moviegoer gets shot dead whilst a western film is going on and the police are baffled. It happens again and once again the police are wondering what the hell is going on. They do a reconstruction and they discover that a character on the film itself is doing the killing....It's very weird. Any ideas?
