  • Online gambling? Specifically hearts.

Is there anywhere that I, as a 18-year-old U.S. Citizen, can legally play hearts online for money? If so, where?

Does the "Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006" prohibit online gambling via card games?

  • Finding a lost hamster?

Ok, so here's the deal. My sister was taking care of her boyfriend's hamster while he is on vacation. We already have a guinea pig in the house and she wanted to make sure that they would both be in rooms with the air conditioning on (which would be mine and hers). I didn't have enough room for the guinea pig cage, so I took the hamster.

Anyways, last night it was making a lot of noise at around 2 AM because I was still up and the lights were still on. So I put a towel on top of the cage to give it some darkness, but it climbed up into its tower thing and started chewing on the towel. I thought it was cute so I opened the top to watch it chew on the towel, thinking that it had nowhere to go. When I closed the top I guess I didn't close it tight enough, because the hamster was missing when I woke up.

It may have even left my room or be hiding somewhere. Heck, it might be dead (let's hope not). I put food out in the middle of my bedroom floor to see if it comes out for it, but is there anything else I can do? I feel bad, she told her boyfriend and he is miserable. I feel terrible.

  • Best way to master the B Chord? On guitar.?

Practice, practice, practice. Yes, I know this, but I don't want to practice the wrong thing.

Now here's my question: When barring the 2nd fret with my index finger, should I use my other 3 fingers to cover the 3 strings on the 4th fret or try to bar that too?

The problem is with all 3 is gets cluttered, and if I bar on the 4th fret, I can't lift the middle joint of my ring finger enough to not end up muting the high e string. Sometimes I even end up muting it with the 4 finger method. I would prefer to master the double-barring method, but any tips? Let the string be muted, or what?

I know I need practice to get better at it - I'm going to keep trying for it, but all tips and advice are appreciated!

  • Would it be illegal to lock my moped/motor scooter up to a handicapped parking sign in a store parking lot?

I would position it so that the parking spots on both sides of the sign still provide enough room for a car, so technically I wouldn't be taking the spots. Would this be illegal/would I get ticketed? I wouldn't want to bring it up to a bike rack on the sidewalk because there is more chance of it getting damaged since it's passed by everyone entering and exiting the store, I wouldn't want to wheel it onto the sidewalk since I can't ride it there, and I would be afraid it would be so visible it would get stolen. Plus, what if the place didn't have a bike rack?

P.S. I'm not interested in hearing the difference between a moped and a motor scooter. Thanks. I already know because I've seen everyone else get lectured, but regardless I want people searching for questions about mopeds being able to find mine and help out.

    Thanks everyone.
