I am moving to college on September 20th, so I figured that 2 weeks would certainly be enough notice as far as being courteous to the store considering that they may need to hire someone(despite the fact that there is a whole fleet of courtesy clerks that could probably use the extra work). Since move-in day is the 20th, I would need to submit my two weeks notice on the 5th, which is the Saturday after this one. I have been a hired employee sine 6/22.

I have two options in this situation

1. Get terminated because I've yet to pay my union dues. September 8th(the second Tuesday from now) is the last day I have to pay them. They would then take me off my work schedule for one week and if they were still not payed I would officially be terminated.

2. Submit a 2 weeks notice that I will be quitting my job on September 5th or so 6th. This would probably be the most courteous option, and if I needed a future reference it might be possible to get one.

If I were to do the second option, how would I go about it?

So I'll be going to college soon and I want a laptop. For a combo of Christmas/my birthday, my parents have decided to chip in and get me one.

I need a modern laptop, with a few hours of battery life. X64 architecture, ofc, a modern processor, 4-6gb of ram, 500mb-1gb of memory. What models am I looking at?

So I just got this email from a college that said they'd waive my application few if I did their early application/decision app. I know to stay away from early decision, but idk about early action. Is it a safe app to fill out? I don't want to commit to any schools.

So I'm playing the sims 2(vanilla, no mods or cheats present) and 2 sims are in love with me. I accidentally do relationship stuff in front of the other one, and I use the sweet talk aspiration thing to patch it up for me but not between the 2 sims.

So apparently there's been some chane that effectively did away with our hell week. Marching band isn't associated with CIF, so we are outside all day regardless. The 3 weeks of dead time just ended for most of our sports, but the coaches can only give 3-4 hour sessions instead of killing their kids for the entire day. Can someone elaborate on these changes?

A lot of people think that it's not a genre because all the sounds are computer generated, rather than performed by a musician himself. Fair enough. It's conflicting! My neighbor is a homosexual, and the bible says I must love him, yet it also says that is an abomination? What does god mean by this? Why did he present such conflicting topics in his messages?

What if he really got her pregnant and they decided to see how long they could keep a joke up for lolz?

Was god uninterested in her? He could've had an enjoyable time with her, yet he just popped that baby in with his creator powers. Was he maybe otherwise infertile? Interested in men? Or what, because the Jesus pictures I see everywhere are handsome, and she must've been one hot piece of ancient booty.

Wouldn't that be ironic? What would you do?
