I want a SA m1a badly but can't afford the high sticker price. where can one get one of these knock off that will be fine with me till I can afford a SA. I only see them for sale on sites outside the US? also do they sell kits to build one?

whats the best course of action to prevent infection. I have a trama from a high velocity impact right below my left pinky. the impact was from a compressed spring that grazed me tearing most of the skin off of an area a little bigger than my thumb nail. I have stopped the bleeding and rinsed several times with peroxide. and rising with either peroxide or isopropyl alcohol during bandage changes which is every 3-4 hours. the wound is swollen and sore, the mussel tissue is exposed how long will this take to heal and what is the proper treatment
