I have already Firewall and Antivirus of Wanadoo in my system. Can I download Microsoft antispyware & spybot?

Wanadoo? You should just use Avast or AVG for antivirus. They are free. For antispyware, use ALL of the following:
1. Microsoft AntiSpyware
2. Safer Networking's Spybot Search & Destroy
3. Lavasoft's Ad-Aware SE
4. Javacool's SpywareBlaster (download this only in either Javacool's site or better still go to Majorgeeks.com and search for it there)
