Why do you always think you see something but someone else says there is nothing there?

You know what i do it all the time i will like see people and all but my mom is like no one is there and last night i was laying in my bed seeing stuff also and feeling things touching me i do not know go to a pshycologist he can help you alot i am going next week but i will tell u if it helped me or not

Seeing things `"from the corners fo your eyes" or when there`s a lot of light around you,or after watching TV or a computer in a darkened room,can be normal.
I
t could also be a symptom of a refractive error-you see 'floaters' that no-one else sees.You may need glasses.Go get your eyes checked.
