How does a turd get past piles when you lay it ?

Poo is harder than squishy piles - it just pushes past them. Sometimes if the turd is very big or has a tapered point it can make the piles split and bleed xxx

Have you ever stood near a toilet and heard people making a noise like they've just passed a housebrick? thats the sound of a large log brushing past someones piles.

I'm guessing its painful.
