If these are prescriptions medications to treat a disease or condition then you should get a doctor's certificate or letter saying that these are prescribed to maintain your health and that they are essential for you to take. Keep medications in their original containers with the pharmacy label still attached showing your name and the approved name of the medication with the dosage and frequency (all this should also be stated in your doctors letter).

Keep only an essential amount on your person or on the carry on luggage and the rest in the luggage to go into the hold.

And you should have very little problems.

If you need to carry drugs that are in a liquid form like insulin then check with the airport authorities.

Contact the nearest embassy near you. Aside from that, i think they would require you to have a medical certificate in order for you to travel with those medication. Enjoy your trip and hope all goes well.
