PO Box with a street address in NYC New York?

Question

I've heard that there's a way to have a PO Box but be given a street address? Is this possible? Is there a place to do this in New York, close to New York City?

mailboxes etc. you rent their mailbox with a number on it but you can use their address wit the number of the mailbox you rent as an apt # or suite# or floor/room #.  its very cheap maybe $20.

for example:
mailboxes etc
1943 Second Avenue
New york , ny 10021

you cna use the address as follows

Jane Hottie
1940 Second Avenue 
Suite 907
new york, NY 10021

you can make up a company name as well.  as long as it not legal. like having people send you money for something and you never do.

Yes, Mail Boxes Etc (and others) will give you a post office box with a real address.
