My understanding is that less water will yield more concentrated flavors in the grapes.

Reports I have read have stated the 2007 harvest was vastly reduced, but winegrowers are happy with that because of accumulated past surplusses, so prices should rise as inventories get tighter.

dont know ,but usually lack of rain affect the flavour of the grapes, this years australian wine may came out more spicy ,dry and pungent..
